Christy Horn is a development associate for the National Center on Sexual Exploitation. She is a graduate of Brigham Young University Hawaii and has a Master’s degree in Social Work from Radford University. She comes to NCOSE with a broad background working intimately with refugees, the elderly, and those living with mental illness. Having worked on the ground with individuals and families, she is driven to work toward systemic change through policy and advocacy. Exploitation of individuals will only stop when society takes a stand against the culture and businesses and laws that facilitate that exploitation. Christy is a devoted wife and mother of five young children. They are her source of inspiration, laughter, exercise, and hope for the future.
