Named 1 of 25 most influential women in the Bronx, Rev. Dr. Que English continues to be a trailblazer for criminal justice reform, education reform, women and girl issues, human trafficking and domestic violence.
Rev. Que is the CEO/Founder and Executive Director of Not on My Watch, Inc. (NOMW) and Chairs the New York City Faith-Based Coalition Against Human Trafficking and Domestic Violence. NOMW has empowered over 300 houses of worship with the tools necessary to combat human trafficking and domestic violence in their communities. They’ve hosted five national conferences where over 3,000 to date have attended spanning from federal personnel such as Homeland Security representatives to grassroot organizations educating, empowering and creating advocates around these issues. They have worked together with national and local organizations to see the passing of key legislation to protect the most vulnerable among us.
Rev. Que formed and serves as the Convener of TrafficK-Free NYC (TFNYC). It is the only community led convening that brings together service providers, city agencies, and survivors for the sole purpose of combatting human trafficking in New York City.
As an educator, Rev. Que launched first human trafficking course in Hunter’s Silberman School of Social Work and Nyack College.
