When a child or a young person is sexually abused getting access to justice has been cumbersome and sometimes very impossible and this is because of so many factors that in embedded in culture and also the justice system in Nigeria. The presentation will be looking at how the culture of silence affects how victims access justice and the role of CSOs in mitigating this currently.

The presentation will talk about access to justice for victims of sexual exploitation in Nigeria and how the culture of silence and other factors are hindering access to justice.
