About this talk

Stress and Trauma create both an emotional and physical imprint on the body, manifesting in physical symptoms. This session will help it's participants to recognize the trauma stored within their bodies and learn skills to regulate their stress response through guided meditation and breathing. Participants will learn the benefits exercise as a form of exposure therapy as well as learn to regain safety and connection within their own body through the use of yoga, movement, and breathwork. This presentation will provide its participants with the ability to recognize and regulate stress, trauma, and burnout in themselves and those they work with.
