YOGA PRACTICE

Yoga for a Strong Core and Stamina: Long days and nights can sap us of energy and strength, especially within our core. A strong core is needed to help us stand tall and face the days ahead as well as to keep our backs healthy and safe. This class is invigorating, strengthening and fun.

MEDITATION PRACTICE

Meditation is a process of training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts. It can be beneficial in increasing awareness of yourself and your surroundings and has been shown to reduce stress and develop concentration.

Feel the Love: It is often easy to feel love for others when we are in their presence, but are we able to feel love when we are in stressful or uncomfortable situations or with people we may not feel love for at all? This guided meditation exercise will help you learn how to harness the love and peace that originates from within and to direct it towards potentially unlikable situations
