YOGA PRACTICE

Yoga for Energy: Stress and anxiety can cause us to lose sleep and wake up feeling groggy and unmotivated. This core activating, energetic class will help you to release tension, open up your heart center, lengthen your hamstrings and create more energy and vitality for what lies ahead.

MEDITATION PRACTICE

Meditation is a process of training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts. It can be beneficial in increasing awareness of yourself and your surroundings and has been shown to reduce stress and develop concentration.

Full Body Breathing: Breathing into our whole body allows us to feel more grounded and centered. Learning to practice presence can be a wonderful tool when we are having difficulty focusing on the present moment. It is useful to help us not to disassociate from our experiences and emotions and learn to tolerate them in a healthy and safe way.
