YOGA PRACTICE

Yoga for Stress: We all accumulate stress and tension throughout our day. This gentle flow will help to release tension and find stillness through the use of breathwork and held, restorative poses, leading to more restful sleep and renewed energy.

MEDITATION PRACTICE

Meditation is a process of training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts. It can be beneficial in increasing awareness of yourself and your surroundings and has been shown to reduce stress and develop concentration.

Inner Resource: This guided meditation will lead you through full body relaxation and awareness as well as well as provide you with an ‘internal’ place of refuge that you can return to during times of stress.
