YOGA PRACTICE

Yoga for Your Immune System: Stress, anxiety, and overworking can be taxing on the immune system. This invigorating practice will loosen congestion, help to deepen breathing and replenish energy.

MEDITATION PRACTICE

Meditation is a process of training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts. It can be beneficial in increasing awareness of yourself and your surroundings and has been shown to reduce stress and develop concentration.

Self-Compassion: What does your heart really need? What would bring you joy and comfort today? This exercise will help you to give yourself permission to feel and to notice and to ask yourself how you can best take care of and love yourself today.
